Purpose and Method.

There are older assistive technology user agents that do not render tables efficiently. This list of the Keyboard Shortcuts is provided for use in those older user agents.

Keyboard shortcuts provide a method for quick navigation to links, forms and content within a Web site. These shortcuts and navigation methods are not dependent upon any type of input device such as a mouse or even a keyboard.

They are designed to accomodate a wide range of assistive technology devices and user agents. It is one reason why this specific content page contains no artistic design and the format is simple and direct.
